Add the salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well. Put the egg in a deep bowl. Add the water, salt, garlic powder, flour, and baking powder. Mix until a uniform mixture. Add the chicken pieces and let stand for 10 minutes. Heat a layer of sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat (170 ℃). Fry the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Put the sunflower oil in a pan and add the grated garlic. Fry for 2 minutes. Add the honey, ketchup, and soy sauce. Cook for 2 minutes over low heat. Potrebno je

  • 500 gr pilećeg filea
  • 1 kašičica soli (1 kašičica)
  • 1 kašičica belog luka u prahu (1 kašičica)
  • 2 gr mlevenog crnog bibera
  • 1 jaje
  • 150 ml vode
  • prstohvat soli 
  • 2 g crnog bibera 
  • 1 kašičica belog luka u prahu 
  • 120 gr brašna
  • 1 kašičica praška za pecivo 
  • suncokretovo ulje

Za sos

  • 15 ml suncokretovog ulja
  • 1 čen belog luka
  • 85 g meda
  • 100 g paradajz sosa
  • 20 g soja sosa

Priprema

Pileći file isecite na male komade. Dodajte so, beli luk u prahu i crni biber pa sve dobro promešajte. Stavite jaje u duboku posudu. Dodajte vodu, so, beli luk u prahu, brašno i prašak za pecivo. Mešajte dok ne dobijete jednoličnu smesu. Dodajte komade piletine i ostavite da odstoji 10 minuta. Zagrejte suncokretovo ulje u tiganju na srednje jakoj vatri. Pržite piletinu do zlatno smeđe boje sa obe strane. U šerpu stavite suncokretovo ulje i dodajte rendani beli luk. Pržite 2 minuta. Dodajte med, paradajz sos i soja sos. Pržite 2 minuta na laganoj vatri. Dodajte piletinu i ostavite da se prži dok se sos dobro ne upije.
