Potrebno je

 

130ml toplog mleka

21g svežeg kvasca

15g šećera

500g brašna

pola kašičice soli

1 puna kašičica praška za pecivo

170g jogurta

1 jaje

 

Nadev

 

100g istopljenog putera

120g smeđeg šećera (može i običan)

2 kašičice cimeta

(sastojke za nadev samo pomešati)

 

Preliv

120g krem sira

120g prah šećera

50g omekšalog putera

1 kašičica arome vanile

Cinnamon roll recipe: -Dough- •1 packet of active yeast (or 2-1/4 tsp) •1 cup of Luke warm whole milk •1/4 cup of sugar •4 tbs of softened butter •1 egg •1-1/2 tsp salt •4 cups of bread flour -Filling- •1 cup of packed brown sugar •3 tbs of cinnamon •1/3 cup of softened butter -Cream cheese frosting- •half a stick of cream cheese •half a stick of softened butter •1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup of powdered sugar •heavy whipping cream (to pour over cinnamon rolls) Proof your active yeast in 2 tablespoons of warm water & 1 teaspoon of sugar. When it’s foamy & doubled it’s ready to use. Add flour, salt, sugar, egg, yeast, milk & butter to a standing mixer and mix until well incorporated and the dough is tacky and smooth. Should come clean off the sides of the bowl. This should take 10-15min. Place the dough in a bowl, cover and rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and roll out into a rectangle. Spread softened butter on the dough and add your cinnamon mixture evenly. From the bottom roll the dough up and form a log. Cut rolls into 1-1/2 inches. And add the rolls to a parchment lined cast iron skillet or baking tray. Spoon heavy whipping cream over the rolls, enough so they are covered. Lay a damp towel over the rolls and proof while you heat your oven up to 400 degrees. When they look nice and puffy put them in the oven for 18 minutes or until just slightly golden. Let them cool for 15 minutes and then add your cream cheese frosting. Priprema

 

U toplo mleko izdrobite kvasac, dodajte šećer i ostavite da odstoji par minuta. U drugu činiju stavite sve ostale sastojke, dodajte mleko i kvasac i umesite.Možete rukom da umesite. Testo treba da bude glatko. Nakon toga prekrijte činiju i ostavite testo da odstoji 1h na sobnoj temperaturi.Posle, testo razvučete na brašnjavoj podlozi u pravougaonik dimenzija otprilike 45x35cm. Onda ,namažete nadev preko celog testa, idite skroz do ivica. Urolajte testo po dužoj strani i secite ga na 12 jednakih delova.Isečene rolnice stavite u pleh obložen pek papirom i ostavite ih da odstoje tamo još 20 minuta.Zatim ih pecite na 190 stepeni oko 25 minuta. Nakon pečenja .umutite preliv i bogato rasporedite preko rolnica. Najlepše su dok su mlake.Bon appetit !
