Recept čuvenog kuvara za predjelo koje oduševljava od prvog zalogaja.

Potrebno je

  • 500 g pečurki
  • 1 luk 
  • 2 celera
  • čen belog luka 
  • 3 grančice peršuna 
  • 3 grančice mirođije 
  • 1, 5 l bujona od povrća
  • 100 ml pavlake 30%
  • so
  • biber 
  • 3 kašike maslinovog ulja 
  • 50 g maslaca

Za posipanje

  • mirođija

Priprema

Očistite pečurke i isecite ih na tanke kriške. Zatim, oljuštite crni i beli luk. U šerpi zagrejte maslac sa maslinovim uljem.  Umešajte luk i pečurke, poklopite i ostavite da se dinsta. 4 kašike odvojite sa strane, a u šerpu nalijte bujon pa smanjite temperaturu i ostavite da se krčka 15 do 20 minuta. Posolite i pobiberite. U blender stavite supu i dobro izblendajte. Pavlaku zagrejte do ključanja pa je sklonite sa strane. Začinite supu seckanim peršunom i mirođijom. Prijatno!

Cook until the onion is soft and translucent. 4. Blend: Add 4 cups of vegetable broth to the pot, then ladle about half of the mixture into a blender. Drain the soaked cashews and add them to the blender. Blitz until smooth and creamy (leave the blender lid ajar if hot). 5. Assemble: Pour the cashew blend back into the pot with the mushrooms, add ½ tsp salt and ¼ tsp black pepper, and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
